Where To Turn For Help Cards

The Where to Turn for Help Cards (WTT Cards) is a series of pocket-sized cards providing helpful phone numbers for situations of domestic violence. Recently, this project has been adopted by the Veterans Affairs Hospitals and Medical Centers in the Philadelphia area.
