Spare The Rod

Spare the Rod (STR) is a Philadelphia initiative that encourages replacing physical punishment of children with other, more effective disciplinary measures. Spare the Rod was launched in June 2010 with a conference featuring Geoffrey Canada as keynote speaker. About Face Design helped brand the initiative and conference, developing a Web site and creating various printed pieces, including a popular T-shirt.
